Bellator 260 start time – Douglas Lima vs Yaroslav Amosov: live stream, how to watch, fight card, preliminaries

Bellator MMA

The greatest welterweight in Bellator MMA history returns to action on Friday night as three-time division champion Douglas Lima defends his 170-pound title against Yaroslav Amosov in the main event of the Bellator 260. The action goes downhill from the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut and broadcast live on Showtime.

Lima won the title for the third time in 2019, beating Rory MacDonald in the final of the Bellator Welterweight World Grand Prix tournament. He also won the title in 2014 and 2016. In his most recent fight, Lima attempted to move up to middleweight, but failed in a then vacant championship bid when he lost a decision to Gegard Mousasi.

Amosov is 25-0 in his career, has yet to be defeated and is 6-0 since joining Bellator. Amosov faced the toughest test of his career in his most recent fight, winning a narrow split decision over Logan Storley to secure a title shot.

It’s a loaded fight card for fans returning live to the Mohegan Sun Arena. The main co-event features an interesting 175-pound showdown between Paul “Semtex” Daley and Jason Jackson. The pair, who fight regularly at welterweight, have accepted a five-pound allowance as they look to impress matchmakers in hopes of winning an upcoming title. Plus, top prospect Aaron Pico returns when he takes on Aiden Lee at featherweight. Pico impressed with three straight arrivals following his loss to Adam Borics in 2019.
