Derrick Jackson tops the Entrobox Championship Boxing rankings on August 21

Orlando, Florida (August 18, 2022) – Originally from Orlando Derrick “Diesel” Jackson faces his toughest test yet as part of a talent-rich squad Entrobox Boxing Championship undercard Sunday August 21 at Royal Caribbean in Orlando, Florida.

Jackson steps forward in the competition to face Damian “El Pollero” Bonelli from Buenos Aires, Argentina in a six-round junior middleweight contest. Jackson, 20, is a perfect 8-0 with 4 knockouts. Silver medal at 2018 US National ChampionshipsJackson is contesting his fifth consecutive fight at the Caribe Royale.

With more than four times Jackson’s pro experience, Bonelli is an impressive 24-11 with 20 wins by knockout. The iron-chinned veteran has only been stopped twice while facing players like Maciej Sulecki, Steve Rolls, Magomed Kurbanov, Carlos Gongora, Fiodor Czerkaszyn and Yamaguchi Falcao among others.

The card is promoted by Box Lab Promotions in association with American Dream Gifts. Tickets starting at $45 are on sale at Doors open at 4 p.m. and the first fight begins at 5 p.m.

Welterweight Jeovanny Estela of Orlando risks his 8-0 record against a 59-fight veteran Ramon De La Cruz Sena of Buenos Aires, Argentina in a six-round fight. Estela is a crowd-pleasing fighter with a large following, but is expected to have his hands full against an opponent who has fought 13 undefeated fighters in his 14-year professional career.

Cruiserweight Crusher Adrian “Pretty Boy” Pinheiro seeks his ninth knockout in as many fights when he challenges a grizzled veteran Jose Corral of Sound, Mexico in a six rounder. A Orlando native by way of PolandCrushed Pinheiro Javier Gomez Rueda in 1 minute and 21 seconds on July 23.

2016 US Olympian Antonio Vargas of Kissimmee, Florida will face Samuel Gutierrez of Coahuila, Mexico in a six-round bantamweight tilt. Vargas, 13-1 (5 KOs), was out of the ring for 2½ years before his last fight, a fourth-round knockout Daniel Cornell.

Junior middleweight Ramiro De Jesus of Orlando challenges Roanoke, Virginia veteran based Alberto Delgado in a four rounder. On June 4, De Jesus won his professional debut via a 17-second knockout.

To complete the undercard, there are four rounders between Buckeye, Arizona native Dorian Khan1-0 (1 KO), v rookie David Morgan in a light contest and Las Vegas, Nevada junior welterweight David Lopez1-0 (1 KO), against an opponent to be named.

Khan and Lopez are promoted by Maywether Specials.
