Former UFC women’s bantamweight champion and combat sports sensation Ronda Rousey left the entire “Dome of America’s Center” in St Louis in an uproar. It came after she made a triumphant return to WWE after nearly three years to win the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble.

Fans were amazed at “Rowdy” seeing her return post-pregnancy. WWE and UFC fans couldn’t contain their excitement and took note of their reactions on the social media platform.

The event was truly exciting and Rowdy’s return was the icing on the cake.

How did Ronda Rousey do in the UFC?

Although Rousey currently competes as a professional wrestler in WWE, she got her start in combat sports in the UFC where she was the first women’s bantamweight champion. In fact, Rousey (12-2) started out as an Olympic judoka and was quite successful as she picked up a bronze medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics.

Then she switched to MMA as she started her career at Strikeforce. Eventually, she transferred to the UFC after the promotion acquired Strikeforce. Rousey was a phenom in the UFC, where she remained champion for a record length of time.

During her UFC career, “Rowdy” headlined six pay-per-views, however, she put her undefeated career to the test against Holly Holm, who became a boxer, in 2015, then successively lost to “The Lioness Amanda Nunes in 2016. It was her last UFC appearance. as she bid farewell to the promotion.
