Usman vs. Covington who will win?

New UFC light heavyweight champion Glover Teixeira has also given his thoughts on the highly anticipated rematch.

He told BT Sport: “I don’t know. They’re both very tough. Colby Covington is a super tough kid. Kamaru Usman is on a roll.

“If you give me a hundred bucks and say ‘you have to bet this money,’ I’ll bet on Kamaru Usman. It’s hard to say because Colby is – you know. Kamaru is so smart.

“You see what he did with Masvidal in that first fight and you’re like, ‘Oh man, this fight could be a little different’ but then he went over there and knocked him out.”

Chandler vs. Gaethje

Khabib gives his prediction for Gaethje against Chandler

Former UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov also gave his prediction for Justin Gaethje’s fight against Michael Chandler on the main card.

Speaking to Red Corner MMA, he said: “I think [it’s] 50-50. I think it’s gonna be like fireworks, you know? And I think 50-50 honestly. I do not know. This fight, I don’t think anyone can say, “Oh Chandler is going to win” or “Oh, Justin is going to win”.

“The two [are] alright, they both have a good fight. They both have fire on their hands. The only thing Justin is, much better than Michael Chandler is his kicks. About all other things, they’re both on the same level. “
