Pena is charged with theft by sudden kidnapping, battery and criminal mischief, records show. He was being held without bond at the Broward Sheriff’s Office Main Jail on Saturday night.
Pena is being held outside of Palm Beach County County, which indicates that his alleged crimes took place there.

According to his official UFC biography, Pena, originally from Naples, Italy, has been a professional MMA fighter since 2016. He made his UFC Octagon debut in 2018 and trained for fights in Coconut Creek. .
Before fighting, he worked in the back of a restaurant and was an assistant coach on his high school wrestling team, according to his bio.
He fights in the UFC lightweight division and has a record of nine wins and three losses.
