VIDEO: Ronda Rousey shares story of losing an opponent who dislocated his arm with an illegal pitch: ‘My favorite game of all time’

Ronda Rousey may have retired from MMA, but her fighting career is far from over. She has her own YouTube channel where she uploads combat-related content. In a recent video, she was also seen teaching new moves to her viewers. However, it was one particular story she told between the two that got a lot of attention.

Rousey said, “So at the 2007 world championships, I was fighting Edith Bosch, and she did a waki gatami, which is an illegal throw in judo that dislocates your arm on the way down.”

“So she didn’t get a score, but she dislocated my arm. I had to put it back in place like a big girl. … And there, like, 20 seconds was left and I was behind by yuko , which was a pretty, you know, it was a good score.

“And at the very end this exact sequence happened where I grabbed the gi and she flipped for a harai makikomi at the same time I flipped for a sode.”

“And then a hand came off. … I was in the final! My favorite game of all time.

Later in the video, “Rowdy” gave advice on how to take advantage of openings during a fight. She also explained the difference between wrestling and judo.

Publish its Olympic race, Ronda Rousey got into MMA and was successful. Her entry and exit from the UFC are still widely talked about.

Ronda Rousey: Will she return to MMA?

Ronda Rousey contributed immensely to women’s MMA with prodigious displays at the cfu and Strike Force. However, after suffering two straight losses, the former women’s bantamweight champion retired from MMA with no plans to come back.

Amazingly, there is only one opponent who can bring her back to MMA. It’s none other than retired fighter, Gina Carano. She is busy with her acting career and has no plans to return. However, Ronda Rousey has a lot of respect for her and as a result, Carano is the only opponent she would come back for.
