Weigh-in, results, Alexander Volkanovski vs. Max Holloway, Israel Adesanya vs. Jared Cannonier, updates
Alexander Volkanovski was the first fighter to step on the scale Friday morning [local time] as the shredded Aussie made championship weight ahead of UFC 276.
Volkanovski weighed in at 144.5 pounds (65.5 kilograms) as he looks to once again defend his featherweight crown against old foe Max Holloway.
The Hawaii native has also gained weight, as have Kiwi middleweight champion Israel Adesanya and challenger Jared Cannonier.

PRESS CONFERENCE: Holloway’s mic drop moment stuns Volk as Aussie boos
Australian Jessica-Rose Clark has also managed to put on some weight as she looks to bounce back from a disappointing loss at UFC Vegas 48, taking on Julija Stoliarenko this time around.
All of the fighters on Saturday’s card will take the scales again in the afternoon at the weigh-in ceremony, where there could be more verbal jabs after a hectic press conference.
Volkanovski and Holloway were sent off ahead of their trilogy fight, with the latter claiming he is “known to take damage” while the Aussie is known to not inflict any.
Adesanya has also been embroiled in an intense war of words with Sean Strickland, although the Kiwi’s focus so far is entirely on Cannonier, who is ready to prove his doubters wrong.
